Pale straw in color with floral aromas. Pacific Rim Chenin Blanc is vividly bright with flavors of pear, quince and grapefruit essence. It has a drier style, which closely resembles the Loire Valley style rather than a CA Chenin.

The vines from Hahn Hill Vineyard were planted in 1968 on a south facing slope and they are some of the oldest vines in the Yakima Valley. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve a crisp character that enhances rather than dominates vibrant cuisine. There is no oak, no malolactic fermentation or commercial yeast used to create this Chenin Blanc.
