We are honored to host a meet & greet with Joshua Perschbacher beginning at 6pm. While there, you will pick up your pre-purchased 1.75 Liter, Limited Edition American Hero bottle and enjoy light appetizers provided by Heaven Hill and Evan Williams. Josh will even sign your bottle that night.
Joshua is one of six veterans being recognized on the 2021 Evan Williams American Made Heroes Bottles. His photo and story will also be printed on these special edition bottles.
Chef Matt will also be featuring a special dish in the dining room. Proceeds from each of these dishes sold will be donated along with your bottle purchases.
Joshua Perschbacher was a Petty Officer with the U.S. Navy and is from Waterloo, Illinois. He is also the founder of The Vetwork. Donations for the night will go towards the St. Louis Blues Warrior Hockey program.
